SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders over $100 - FREE SHIPPING AUS wide only.
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 Australia-wide.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne (VIC) via Australia Post within 3 business days, and will take 2-14 business days to arrive at its destination once they have left us. The time it takes your is dependant on your location in Australia. Unfortunately deliveries to WA take the longest (sorry folks!) You will receive a shipping notification allowing you to track your parcel.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need your items in a hurry, please consider upgrading to express shipping. You will get priority packing, and if you have made your purchase before 12noon it will be dispatched with Australia Post that same day. If it is after the 12noon cut off, it will be dispatched the next business day. Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 Australia-wide.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is no longer available
You may however collect your order from any of the markets listed in our EVENTS tab at the bottom of our website.
If you would like to collect at any of these locations, the discount code PICKMEUP can be used at checkout to remove the shipping fees.
Please let us know where you would like to pick up at time of purchase in the NOTES section.

We are currently not accepting International orders
REFUND POLICY
Due to health to regulations, perfumes and skincare products cannot be exchanged due to ‘change of mind’. Please choose carefully.
We will happily provide a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Each request will be considered individually. If you would like to lodge a return, please contact us either via email: [email protected] and quote your order number.
